Using this site

By accessing neondeck.dev, you agree to these terms. You may use the site only in compliance with applicable law and may not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its supporting systems. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Open-source software

The Neondeck software and its source code are provided under the MIT License. That license—not these site terms—governs your right to use, copy, modify, distribute, or sell the software. If these terms conflict with the MIT License about the software, the MIT License controls.

Your environment and actions

Neondeck runs in infrastructure you control and can interact with repositories, shells, credentials, AI providers, and other developer services you configure. You are responsible for securing that environment, reviewing permissions and proposed changes, keeping appropriate backups, and deciding whether generated output or an automated action is suitable for your use.

Agent output may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsafe. Review code, commands, pull-request activity, and other consequential output before relying on it or sending it to a third party.

Third-party services

Neondeck can connect to services such as GitHub and AI model providers. Those services are operated by others and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and charges. You are responsible for your accounts and for complying with their terms. Neondeck does not control or endorse third-party services merely by supporting an integration.

Availability and changes

Neondeck is evolving software and may include beta or experimental features. The site, documentation, and project may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued without notice. Documentation may occasionally be incomplete or out of date.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neondeck.dev and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Neondeck software carries the separate warranty disclaimer in the MIT License.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neondeck’s authors and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the project changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
